Devils Creek

The Devils Creek tenement E70-4529 has had plenty of historical exploration but most recently BHP previously held the project area to explore for Broken Hill type Base metal mineralisation following a pegging rush in response to  The Trilogy discovery near Ravensthorpe. BHP targeted a magnetic high anomaly and conducted limited Magnetic surveys over the Devils Creek project area. Drilling by BHP intersected amphibolite with elevated Cu-PGE-Mg- V geochemistry indicative of a mafic precursor similar to the host Rocks at Rocky Gully. The Devils Creek target remains virtually untested with BHP´s 2 Holes ending within the first 6 metres of crystalline rock (30m+ Depth). A further target at Devils Creek North remains untested. Historical exploration for HM by Placer Exploration in the late 80´s Delineated a (non-JORC) resource of 25mt at 2.4% HM which lies Entirely within the licence area.
